Bertie has over 15 years of broking and banking experience spanning Commercial, Agribusiness, Residential and Equipment Finance (with Stanley Finance and one of the major banks). He uses his experience and knowledge of the banks’ inner workings to our clients’ advantage to get them the best possible outcomes.

Bertie is passionate about offering his clients excellent service and advice. He builds long-term relationships with his clients and acts as a trusted professional adviser.

In addition to his Honours Degree in Farm Business Management, Bertie is a qualified Finance & Mortgage Broker, holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is an accredited member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Kim commenced as the Residential Finance Broker in November 2023 after working as the Residential Finance Analyst and Office Manager since 2014.

Kim’s expertise is in the financial analysis and structuring of residential applications, specifically complex self employed applications.

Kim is a qualified and accredited Finance Broker, having completed both the Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and the Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management. Kim is also an experienced Teacher with a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Teaching. As both Head Teacher and Dean of Students, Kim built skills managing people, resources and budgets and puts all of these and more to good use in the Stanley Finance office.

Kim brings a wealth of banking, small business and local knowledge to the Stanley Finance team. She has a keen interest in Commercial & Agribusiness Finance and enjoys working with and building relationships with new and existing clients. Kim is a passionate professional with substantial expertise and a commitment for understanding your business, requirements, and expectations to assist with a positive outcome for all clients. Kim has completed her Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
